MTS Globe Heeft Mijn Telefoon Gestolen review: Communicatie, liegen en bedriegen

My missing phone was found at MTS globe Barcelona Airport.

MTS globe confirmed this to me after I had set uo a location search. An employee even called me with my device to tell me that the device was at the MTS globe office and I received a photo of it. Later, MTS told globe that my phone had been taken to the Lost&Found office at Barcelona Airport. No valid receipt was issued there and the device was never brought there by MTS Globe.

Now I get no response to my question where my device is. MTS globe continues to claim that they brought the device to Lost & Found and no proof is ever issued. Because MTS globe does not answer me, I am sure that my device has been stolen by someone from MTS globe barvelona. This is shameful. MTS globe will let you know after dozens of emails and phone calls. Never do business with this organization, they are unavailable, push everything aside and let the customer suffocate!
