We purchased PMN-PT crystals from MSE supplies company in the USA, We paid near 3000 USD for the crystals, which includes cutting, polishing, and cleaning. We received a very bad quality crystals with very rough and dirty surface (Please see the images). Our project work was stopped because of that. When we complained they said "It was due to the work was done by someone new to our team and the processing protocol was not strictly followed". And then they asked us to send the crystals back for re-polishing and cleaning, and they promised to prioritize the work. We send them the crystals back and our research center bore the cost. When we inquired about the status of the polishing work after 10 days they said you will received the crystals at the end of the year (after around 2 months after they received the crystals. I don't recommend anyone to purchase from this company.
