Motion Auto Carriers review: Strange but true misrepresentation of facts killed my relation with customer 1

Created animosity with the dealer in NJ and ruined my reputation with a customer. When they picked up the car, the driver blocked in and out people trying to leave and enter dealer's lot. This rushed the staff to get the vehicle loaded, which lead to a hasty signing of bill of lading. The description of the vehicle on the bill of lading showed way more damage than the car ultimately had on it. This made it made it impossible for the customer to find anything wrong if there had been damaged. The customer saw the original bill of lading and was certain the car had all sorts of cosmetic damage. However there was no serious damage. Why would they over state damage? The only reason is that it is a way of avoiding any claims of damage if damage actually occurred in transport. When my customer saw the grossly overstated image on the bill of lading showing concentrations of scratches and dings all over the vehicle, the the customer freaked out. Now that customer does not like or trust me to be their transport broker. When the vehicle arrived WITHOUT ALL OF THE scratches or dings, it gave the customer relief, but it undermined my credibility and whether they could trust me professionally in the future. Very disappointed and regret that I ever used Motor Auto Carriers.

I am a customer. About 3 weeks ago, I shipped my car from PA to WA. They did it in three days so I was happy as a clam. I recently got my brake replaced and discovered that the manner in which my car was secured on the truck bent my control arms causing them to rub on the tie rods. If I a control rod snaps while I am driving, I am severely injured. We discovered blatant evidence of hooks placed on the control arm (where there is a sticker saying DONT SECURE CAR HERE) and it is going to be 800 dolars out of my pocket for damages. I went to file a claim with their insurance and am told that they are going to attempt to ignore my claim. Motion Auto Carriers is a joke.
