I am a business partner(Franchisee) of this company & they had terminated my one year contract (Ending on 28th Nov 2011) without any notice & atop that the managing director Kailash Sahani ([protected]) calls up at 10pm at night and uses abusive languages. Plus he is sending threatening messages.

This is to inform all the citizens of India, Morpheus Consultancy a BPO Voice/Non-Voice company based on Mumbai is a very smart cheater and fraud company. If you are interested to work with this company then PLEASE FORGET ABOUT IT. I will tell you my story -
I called up this company to work for BPO Non-Voice project, at the begining they are very much polite and humble to give me the opportunity to work with them. They told me that I have to pay the Business Procurement Fees of Rs. 50, 000 which will be valid for 1 Year and till that time i will receive projects from them. As soon as i signup for the project and paid the Business Procurement Fees, they assigned me the project and after completing the project for 1 month i submitted the project [Typing 18000 Forms]. After that I got the accuracy report where they mentioned that we have not achieved the required accuracy level and they alloted us the rework means we have to check 18000 forms in 5 days only which is next to impossible. After that again they sent us the report that we had not achieved the accuracy level and hence they will not pay us a single penny. Our 1 and half months work goes waste. So they told us that we will receive new project to work. We thought that its OK since we were working with the forms for the very first time so its natural that we had done mistakes and as soon as we heard that we will get a new project so we gave training to all our Data Entry Operators for 3 days and made them ready to work with the new project and this time we are 101% confident that we will achieve the milestone this time.
Now here begins the game play of the company, as soon as my team was reday for the new project, I called them and told that we are ready for the project. Now they are saying that client has terminated the contract with us. What is this? I told them that we signed the contract with your company and not with your client so how they can terminate the contract. So they are now not ready to give us any new project and neither they are willing to return my BUSINESS PROCUREMENT FEES.
Such a smart cheater company. They took 50, 000 from me and they also took money from their client for whom we had entered 18000 forms.
I am going to file a case againt the CHEATER MORPHEUS CONSULTANY. Please BEWARE of the COMPANY.
I am one of the Victim of MHC. It has to be boycott by the People, MHC cannot cheat people all over the nation. Promising careers, Franchise benefits - All is just an hype. With a beautiful website and 2 different address mentioned which in case they are actually available only in Plazio Building. I am watching you MHC. All the best.
MHC will kill your career. MHC is a cheating company. MHC is very known for this kind of activity. I sincerely advice any new joiners joining MHC. It will put your further career in risk. Mine is a classic example. I joined MHC in some 2008 as consultant & after understood that its totally a hype and nothing happening, I quit MHC very the same year-2008.
But to my surprise my name is always shown in their consultants list whenever I see their web-page. I have given enough complaints to one Miss. Pratchi, who was my so concerned person there. I called them, written mails hundreds of times. They litterally say "F**K off, you don't have any rights to complain about MHC database & we wont remove your name unless we feel to do so"
To my sad, I was recently fired at my Job without any proper reason, later I came to know from my HR that, due to I am participating in other activities & doing parallel jobs, and it is against the employment agreement I was fired. When my HR searched Google, I was on the MHC Consultant List & that made my life hell. Its been 2 months I am jobless.
So guys, currently working with MHC & who are planning to join kindly withdraw your interest there, its a better advice for your career. Please... MHC is killer shark of your career...
MHC & Kailash Shahani, this is for you: Its better now you understand the others career and value them. Earn respect for you personally & as well as a organization. Update your database and remove whoever is not associated with you now... At least save few others career...http://www.mhcsms.com/hyderabad.htm... this is a example page you have without any links in your web-page still exists on your server... I believe none of them are now associated with you now... catch my point?
