I have been trying to contact MonsterProducts since December 16th. I have contacted Monster via the website and filled in the form numerous times for someone to respond to which I have had no success.
I purchased Monster Headphones from the Brookstone store at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport as a present for my husband, when we opened the headphones on the plane, we found they were damaged around the earpiece and the material was split. I have tried to contact MonsterProducts to no avail; the phone is out of service, and I have emailed several times without any response. So, I'm not sure where I can go from here. I have photos and I also have my receipt.
I would like replacement headphones or a refund
Please advise accordingly.
