momscocoon.com review: herno jacket ordered online

I ordered Herno jacket thinking it was from a reputable retailer. It only became evident after the order was placed and funds charged against my cc that the company was in China and fronted by the email response site, [protected]@promt-reply.com.

They did send a jacket but it was very cheap and not anything like what I ordered. They refuse to refund me, blaming the error on the shipper, and have tried to get me to place another order at a 30% discount off the original order, for the correct items.

Their communication is very rudimentary and they are obviously not professional. I've been duped and am not happy about it.
