Hi Worked with this company for a period of 3 weeks but was forced to leave after witnessing many acts of theft. The agent in question Aidan Molloy would regularily take a deposit on a rental property and not give it to the landlord (amounting to theft, as this money is the landlords), then proceed to lie about 'putting it in', 'transferring it' until the poor landlord got so fed up they came in to the office and he locked all the doors and hid from them. He made appointments and never showed, promised properties to tenants without the landlords permission and falsly advertised properties on daft.ie to generate enquiries.
All in all, from phone calls recieved into the office he owes landlords at least 6000 Euro which actually belongs to them. If he owes you money i would suggest getting the gardai involved if you ever want to see it...
...and of course my wages remain unpaid!
The complaint has been resolved.
I went to Las Vegas with Aidan Molloy and in his defence, he did intent to pay you all back with the winnings he got from the trip, but it just didnt work out, totz sorrry y'all
I have used this estate agent, and i am not surprise to read this treat.
I have let a property by them as it was my first let, and i was transferred abroad, to only found out few months back that my property was damaged by the tenants.
This agent promised they would check regularly on them, deal with any of their queries - the tenants go so fed up by their lack of response, they brought me to the PRTB, case that i subsequently lost.
The most outrageous thing is when i ask Molloy if i were to use them again to replace this actual tenancy, what would be the fees as the old one left within 6 months - they said: absolutely, you would have to pay again!
They are just a bunch of thieves and use the system in their profit.
I absolutely not recommend these guys.
I too am one of those landlords. I am owed 1, 000 for almost 1 year at this stage. Yet again Aidan's mobile is not active and land line now rings out!
Could the above landlords please email: aidanmolloy1@gmail.com with specific information on the above complaints to allow me to resolve them asap.
I am also a Landlord that was left short €950 euro by Aidan Molloy which he took from tenants but did not pass on. It is a clear case of fraud and I intend to go to the Gardai also.
I am one of thoes landlords, I am owed. Any hope that you would make
a statement to the gardai
