Salon recently updated their location and spent a lot of money on new pedicare chairs, etc.
I have been a long time customer (10 years) and just came from there after getting a pedicure.
I liked the color so much that even though I was there just a week ago for a manicure, I wanted the same color re-applied to my nails. Leaving this weekend for a cruise and when I was advised that I would have to pay $30 dollars for this color change, I was upset and spoke to Tommy the owner.
I only paid $40 for a SNS last week. Its plain and simple math... even though I have spent over a thousand dollars with them over the years... a simple color change fee is selfish and poor business practice... even greedy. He could have adjusted the price but refused. Lost my business and I intend to contact the 14 friends I brought to them for their business as well.
SHAME ON YOU. If you have deep pockets, continue to spend it therel
