I purchased the watch, plus extended warrantee on Feb 26... order number 5383927. I tried all suggested solutions, but it wouldn't pair with my Android phone, so I want to return it. I have sent numerous emails without any kind of response. I have since purchased a different watch and it works just fine. I just want to get my money back on something that doesn't work. I was thinking about filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but thought I would try this route first. I hope you can provide a solution.
