This place is terrible. The owner is not honest and he is rude. I purchased a e machines Notebook from his store and we had to have the screen on the machine repaired. Not only did he take four weeks to repair the machine knowing that we were returning back to Northern California. He kept the AC adapter power cord that he denied that he had and then stated that he found it. HE IS NOT HONEST! I called him and gave him our address in Lincoln California and he said he would mail it to us and that was almost two weeks ago. Do not do business with this guy. I cannot tell you the number of times that he would promise something and he never comes through. Here is an indicator that a store is bad. His own technicians (whom he has been through quite a few), say that he is not honest. I am reporting him to the Better Business Bureau. Oh by the way - He will sell you items way above what the cost is really worth.
I filed a complaint at the Better Business Bureau as well as sent the owner a letter concerning my complaint which I enclosed:
I called you several weeks ago in order to communicate to you that I have never received our E Machines AC Adapter power cord for our Laptop that you repaired. I told you that it was essential that I get this cord because we gave it to you when I brought in the computer and I have a son that needed to use the computer for online training that he is doing. You got my address and stated that you would immediately mail it to me. I have not received the item and I had to purchase from Fry's electronics a universal AC adapter that cost me $65.00. I have filed a complaint with both the Better Business Bureau as well as the State Consumer affairs because my patience has ran out. If this is how you treat a loyal customer than now I understand why you have so many filed complaints against you at the Better Business Bureau as well as Yelp and other sites.
I would like to be reimbursed for my purchase of a cord and I am prepared to take this as far as I need to. This may seem to be a small thing but this kind of treatment of people is not right.

RE: AC Power Cord Adapter for our E machine 527 Notebook
Dear Mr. Nabilisi:
I have called you and spoken to you directly concerning the need for AC power-cord adapter to be returned to me. The last time we spoke I communicated to you that it was very important because I had a son who is taking online classes for the military. I have messaged you on your Facebook page as well as emailed you after you promised that you would mail the cord to me. I never received it. I had no other choice but to purchase a universal adapter from Fry's electronics which was a financial hardship for our family. I am mailing you my receipt and would like reimbursement for this purchase due to the fact that it was your negligence of not returning the cord back to me in a timely manner. I have reported this incident to both the Better Business Bureau as well as the State Consumer Affairs and I intend to press this matter because even though you speak of having class you do not treat people who have been loyal customers to you with any class. You behave in a manner that makes people have the sense that you are superior and simply put the cost to my family was not necessary.
I expect to receive a response to you concerning this matter in the next week.
