Ive made a purchase from the MMOSE site on Saturday 18/08/2012 their site says delivery within 8minutes to 24hours, its now Monday 20/08/2012 and they have still failed to deliver my purchase.. they keep saying they cannot contact their supplier, and keep delaying my purchase, and also when i asked for a refund they just keep saying they cannot do that.
IF you could assist me it would be very much appreciated

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
You should never buy from this site, they're just gonna drag you and keep on saying that the supplier is offline, manager isn't here so we cannot refund. If you've chosen to pay with paypal then you're in luck cuz you can get your refund back but do it ASAP cuz they'll drag you even for 2 months and after 2 months, you won't be able to get a refund from paypal even.
These guys have 3 websites that are the same, never purchase anything from these chinese scammers.
