Ordered DVD of my daughter's dance recital May 5th, 2013 and paid $25. I have never received it!
I requested to know when I would be receiving DVD as it has almost been 1 year and he said I will not be receiving the DVD as he has had technical difficulties and I might receive a fund in June?
Unacceptable...the refund should be immediate as he cannot provide the DVD. Please advise.
