Interpretation by receptionist Shakeel and advisor Anup Kumar of the service contract is wrong. Contract indicates 70,000 to 100,000km or 3years. My car did not reach 100,000 and only 79,000+ km on odometer. The contract is 2.5years only this May 2022. I am forced to pay the service fee which is supposed to be free. Both of them told that I already have accumulated 4 services which they cannot show on the contract. This is unfair to costumer like me.
I need my reimbursement.
