Our expirience with this company has been such, the company advertises weather proof out door HD TV and remote control on their web site and when you talk to them on the phone. However what you recieve is a USED remote control, that doesn't match the TV and doesn't work. When you call them they give you the run around and then tell you to send back the remote and then claim it's not the one they sent you after they recieve it. Then they threaten you that they will not send you the correct working remote unless you say what they tell you to say. They also ask for the TV back and claim they will give you a refund, however when you send the remote back first they claim it's not the one they sent you, so how can you trust them that they will not do the same if you send the Tv back, the Tv we bought was $2500 and they made us deposit a cashier's check into their bank account. The customer service is horrible when you have a problem and then they try to rip you off with remote, as of today they refuse to answer my emails and they have not sent us a new remote, so we have a $2500 TV that we just bought less than a month ago that doesn't work properly. They also claim you can see the TV when sun is shining on it, but it is very hard to see when the sun is shining on it.
We saw the same Tv before being weatherproofed at Wal-mart for $500.

Not sure about this story coming from a unknown name source is really a rebuttal story to believe. So far Sealoc Outdoor TVs seems to be the answer now a days with 24/7 customer service and lowest prices on outdoor TVs. See it for yourself.

Ive had just the opposite experience with this company. Ive had my Mirage Vision outddor tv for about a year and a half. The tv looks great I watch it often outside at night after work with a glass of wine and some CNN. Then one day a couple of my most watched channels volume just went away and I had no idea why. And I had assumed it was definitely the TV after talking to my cable provider and they said that their signal was perfect. So I called Global Outdoor Concepts for some help and tech support to try and fix this issue. I called and a receptionist lady picked up and was very pleasant and took down my info and said that she would have her lead tech call me right away. He returned my call within the hour and at first I must admit I did get a bit frustrated because of all of the trouble shooting steps he was walking me through even tho he was very polite and friendly he had also explained that he wanted to be very thorough with trying to assess and pin point the problem once a couple of things he told me to try didnt work. So he told me he would call me back in 30minutes because he needed to research my problem. When he called back he instructed me through the menu of the TV and fixed the problem of no sound that I acidentally must've hit while powering the TV off one day. Overall great customer service and really good and reliable business and I would recommend their product to anyone looking to have an outdoor tv.

Having a TV issue now and I am trying to reach them. This is frustrating.
