This company is a joke and a shame to all wireless carriers to date. I went through hell and back with them. Not to mention they actally don't have a live customer service agents. I called several times and it asked me to press some number for care and I was on hold for over an hour and then the line hung up. They have live chat with VERY VERY rude guy that I was chatting with who didn't care about no one but him self about making a sale. When I said I was not interested he ended the chat. They have very outdated phones, no "unlimited" plan and use Sprint network which is ok. Go with Virgin Mobile instead. The same network/coverage, different care departement that actually cares and have the best plans with very nice phones for very attractive price. Mingo has the Zio for $300 which I can get with Cricket for about $150. I hope they go out of business or Sprint ban them from using their network. Shame on you Mingo Wireless, Shame on You!
that is not true NO LIVE PERSON NO SERVICE ALWAYS DEALT WITH THEM ON LINE i paid up front 100.00 for 2000 minutes and after 4 months with 1400 minutes left my phone service stopped after over 20 attempts they are GONE DISSAPEARED GONE TO CELL HEAVEN this is a rip off AVOID MINGO WIRELESS CELL PHONE SERVICE OR YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY
This is not true that they don't have live customer service. I just call them. Their CS number is clearly listed on their website and the employee was very curteous with me. I am only browsing for more reviews about them since this is the way I go b4 making any purchase. Your review is not helping since it is way overboard. You should learn to list exactly your experience and not your emotions in a review page so other can benefit from your previous contact. Sorry.
