While having lunch with my wife at Miller's Ale House. I used the restroom, an employee of Miller's followed me in with a sray bottle and carrying a green micro fiber towel. The employee went into one of the toillet stalls with the spray bottle and the towel in his hands. It was apparent he was cleaning something in the stall. I went back to my table and observed the same employee with the same towel and sray bottle cleaning the restaurant tables. I asked the waiter if I could speak with the manager. Within a short while a young woman named Jenifer identified herself as the manager. I explained to her what I observed and also stated my arms and my hands are on this table. I feel like I could have germs from the bathrooms on me because of what I observed. She did not seem to concerned nor did she say she was sorry. She did say I will speak with the cleaner. She walked away and passed the cleaner never said a word to him, and he continued to clean up tables with the same green towel. It was quite apparent by her demeanor she could care less about the health of the customers and the fact that the cleaner was spreading germs all over the table tops in the restaurant. At the very least management should address this situation with it's employees and inform Jenifer that she did not handle this situation in a professional maner. I will never eat at that restaurant again because of the way Jenifer handled my complaint.

not that those green towels are rare and they dont buy them by the boxful. when i worked in the food industry, we had boxes of these kinds of towels. i would use one and usually throw it away right after. unless you saw this person go straight from the stall straight to a table and wipe it, i call shannanigans
