First delivered to the wrong address. I paid to have it moved where it should have been. I unpacked and assembled. A whole lot of issues with the product
1. Ottoman cushions have hold down loops on each corner. One pillow has four. The other is missing three.
2. The ottomans should have four hold down to hook into the hold down straps. There is one clip on one pillow, and none on the other
3. The chair two arms top side screw hole does not align with the receiving hole on the chair back.
4. The chair cushions are not 4" this as advertised. I showed comparative cushion of the set I replaced that is actually 4" thick
5. The back cushions are thin, the material is wrinkled and not removable to wash take out the wrinkles, and the inside foam material is so thin that you can feel the back or the sofa top uncomfortably against your upper back

Desired outcome: I have no idea how to resolve this. I spent two and a half days assembling this and keep finding problems as I proceeded. I'm exhausted. And not happy at all.

Sofa cushions were damaged, Ottoman hold down hooks were missing, Cushion hold down straps for each corner were missing, Side chair arms side top rear bolt holes did not align. The cushions were not 4" thick as advertised. I showed a comparative photo wit a 4" cushion. Each ottoman cushion should have four corned hold down straps and the ottoman should have four clips in each corner to hook and hold down the cushions. They were all missing. And the sofa back cushions were so thin that your back contacts the back of the sofa frame
