Metro water services emailed me an invoice on 08-23-2022, stating that my bill is 80.22. This is outrageous! I live alone, there are no leaks inside or outside my house. I feel like every month I've been treated unfairly about these bills I get. The Meter is not being read correctly. For the past months my bill has been exactly $68.66 in May, July, & August - how can that be possible that a water bill be exactly the same amount. Now the bill is for September and it's 80.22, this is ridiculous, someone is not reading my meter correctly. I don't have kids, I live alone! Please adjust my bill to what it was in 2019. I don't use a lot of water!
