This is a scammer.

PSA.

Avoid or you will lose your money. As the terms state, this company makes no promises other than to take your money. You will get some junk sent to you with tracking to ensure that you cannot file a claim with paypal or credit card. These guys are hoping that you will not even notice that you are defrauded for several months. By the time you notice, they will have disappeared.
