Ordered a pressure switch for the dishwasher. I was told the item was in stock and would arrive within 5 business days. I pay for the delivery, not Meile.
Waited 2 weeks, nothing from Meile. Meanwhile, no dishwasher.
Phoned, and no explanation: they said they re-order it: and ANOTHER "5 day or more" wait.
I live in Toronto. The warehouse is in Toronto. I'm paying for delivery.
Not good enough for a premium brand.
Still wondering if I'll get the part THIS TIME.
And NO, Meile does not permit customer pick ups.

Desired outcome: Advise customers when there are delays. Provide some sort of effective and timely REMEDY when the company screws up on a delivery. Waiting who knows how long after RE-ORDERING is an insult to the customer. NOT "premium" service.
