on sept.10, 2011 megaupload.com froze my account stating that i was sharing my account, which i was not and never gave me a chance to explain.now i've been a paying customer since 2008 and had just paid for 3 months service and had 82 days left til due again.well trying to get any customer help is a joke as they never ever reply to any emails and still will not let me log in and tells me to check my email.what a joke as they never send any emails.i believe my account was hacked and told them this in numerous emails and still can't get any respect or response.so what can be done when they accuse you as a customer of stealin then they turn around and steal from you ?please beware of these crooks everyone
