BEWARE OF MEGABYTEINFO.COM!
They sent us a CD-Rom online directory and we sent it back right away! Now they are trying to collect $399 plus 2% interest added every month!
Do not pay these scam artists! They even pretend to call from a fake collection agency and have a "legal" department that is at a UPS Store!
Do not waste your time with these rude, unprofessional people. Consumers beware!
We have been trying to cancel for months now, and they refuse even though we returned their worthless product.
I don't know how this company feels we owe them anything. On top of it they wont provide any proof we ordered the product! They said we'll give you proof if you send us payment.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I suggest getting a copy of your credit report just to be sure this isn't on there. If it is, dispute it and say that you didn't order the product and specifically say that the alleged creditor refuses to provide proof of sale. Detail their bogus collection practices. I would also find out if there is a consumer agency or even the state Attorney General who can champion you. Good luck!
