MD Office review: Rude pharmacist jess

We are calling from md's office to give a new prescription for a new patient who is very sick. The pharmacist name jess is so rude and you can tell she hates her job. Does not want to help at all. We are just helping our patients and to have someone work there is not really good for the company. She purposely hangs up the phone at me. Very dissapointed.
