i did a purchase online and after 2 days ,seller canceled the order but he did not refund my money since then(January 20th,2023).
I provided Trust pilot with proof of my purchase.
Shortly after posting my review, I received 2 threatening email from the seller that mentioned if i do not remove my review, will take legal action against me and will complain about me to board committe as i am a doctor.
Today, one day after the last threat, i saw that my review was removed.
Trust pilot mentioned due to promotional references to seller, they removed my review. This seller has scammed me for 5,399.00 pounds.
Do not I have even power to write a negative review about him?
I am just flabbergasted.
I want to escalate this matter.

this guy kept our money(5400 pounds) and now almost one year passed and still have not received our money back. i hired a collection money company and accepted to give them 20% of the main amount but still no result!
you should decide yourself if you want to deal with this person or not!
