Mayfield Hts. Health Care review: Noise

The Mayfield Hts. Health Care Center in Mayfield has an air-conditioning unit atop the building that generates a tremendous amount of noise 24 hours per day. This has been happening for almost a year now. The company is totally aware of the problem. This is disturbing the entire area. What Gov. agency can get assist me to eliminate this problem. Please.
