Maxine Geraghty aka Maxine Wooders review: Failure to honour contract agreement 2

We bought a kitten from Ms Geraghty (MG) on 31.8.15 and received it on 8.10.15. Part of the payment was £50 in return for which MG promised to order the cat registration document from TICA and deliver it to us. She now refuses to do this and has referred the job of getting the document back to us. In this respect, she forwarded an application form which is incorrect as the DOB on the document is wrong. In addition, although she has told us that the required fee has been paid, she didn't send any documentary evidence of payment. She also promised to forward a laminated copy of the kitten's pedigree certificate. We haven't received it. We have paid MG in full - £350 for the kitten and £50 for the registration document. We've asked her to refund the £50 and have been ignored. To resolve this matter, we request a refund of £50.
