Do not use the service of ems with delivery by philpost
It's 10 days my shipment is in philippines zone 7 and not yet delivery.
When you ask in post office nobody can tell you where is your shipment.
The attitud of people working in dumaguete post office is verry bad, people eating and not reply you, workers of dumaguete post office don't have any education, just lazy!
You can try to contact the management of philpost zone 7, never reply you, management have the same education than people working in office.
The new publicity of philpost is "you send, we deliver next year or later" and we would like to hear you but we never reply'
All is fake and good for nothing in philpost, if you are lucky may be your shipment arrive within 1 year.

last year i send my parcel to phillipine after 11 months my parcel was return to me they said that adress was incomplete but adress is complete and and that parcel missing some item
and now again i send parcel to phil my wife go to phil post for recieve they said to her you need to pay 1, 200 peso why double payment i already pay here in sending time 2, 360

This company is not honest. They have lost my box to Australia after I paid PHP13, 400 for "door to door 5 days". It is now 9 weeks and my box has not moved from Manila according to the trace and track site. I have no received anything at all. Can anyone tell me if there is a governing body to oversee crooked Phlpost workers? or should I just commence legal action? I am in Australia and was refused a tax receipt when I was there also. Someone please help?

Its more fun having bored board rich people working hard on the fee structure that EMS charges. I buy stuff in China and have it sent to me here in the Philippines. I dont usually spend more than p160 for an item including "free shipping" - good value considering the distance. Then EMS charges me p100 so I can pickup my intercepted package at their office. Obviously the board has much more important things to do than put any thought into a sliding fee scale based on package value. I thought p50 was bad enough but a 100% fee increase for no improvement in service - what a rip off! Hope they play golf better than they do their jobs!
