I requested to have my entire yard sodded and my sprinkler heads replaced. Marco my sales rep over promised and Massey has totally under delivered. i paid in full to have my entire front yard sodded and to have my sprinkler heads replaced. They sent someone to my house to treat my yard and I had to call to informed them that my yard was supposed to be killed not fertilized. So a couple of days later someone came out and killed my grass. About two weeks later someone came out and laid sod without notifying me. Because I leave my house before the sun comes up and I get home after sun down, I didn't realize that the sod was laid for about two days. Additionally the sod looked terrible and did not cover my entire yard. When I called to complain about the placement of my sod Nick came out and looked at my sod and said the sod was laid in places that needed sodded and the areas that were ignored would recover and that my yard need to be water. On Saturday, I went out to discover that my sprinkler system has not been fixed and that my sod was not receiving water. My sod in the backyard has not been watered in a week. I received a call twice regarding my sprinkler heads but they still have not been replaced or adjusted. The company called twice and scheduled appointments so I assumed the work had been completed. It has not and I have not heard from them since. I have not heard from my sales rep since I signed my contract. Massey has not done one single thing right in this transaction except charge my credit card. I am extremely disappointed with they treatment and service

We were sucked on my an impressive advertising campaign to have your sprinkler systems repaired and maintained. A salesman, Bill, came out and created a design and said it covered our entire sprinkler system. He guaranteed it. We signed the contract. They took $580 from our credit card for service.
2 1/2 months later a young man came out. He had the same drawing we had and said he was out to do the work on the drawing. After he left, we checked the system and found many of the heads had not been dug out and raised. We called Massey to complain. Massey said they subcontracted our contract to another company. We said our contract was with Massy not a sub contract. Massey said the sub contractor would
Call us. Instead, the young man that did the hard work came out and said only some of our sprinkler system was on the original design, contract. We thanked him and called Massey.
We asked to speak to Bill, our Massey sales rep. Massey asked why? We told them he wrote a contract and promised our entire sprinkler system would be as good as new. Why would we hire Marcie for only the sprinklers that were already working. We did not notice that some of them were missing from the original design. Maceys said, Bill is out sick. How long can Bill be sick, unless Massey has decided this is the best way to solve their problem.
. We do not recommend Massey for your sprinkler system repair and maintenance.
We will give Maceys one more try to repair our lawn sprinkler system.
