I was advertising on the site for a couple weeks. Was very careful To follow all the rules. Pictures were all approved. Strange coincidence I guess, but I wanted to change my credit card info to another card and upgrade subscription for the next month. Followed their protocol with my new credit card info with the picture of my name on it. Next day I received an email saying my account had been suspended And I cannot create a new one. No customer service and and their phone number goes to some poor lady in Missouri that asked me why she keeps getting these calls for massage finder. How do I get someone from the company to look into this? I feel like there should be some kind of explanation or resolution. I am a licensed therapist trying to advertise and make a living.

Desired outcome: Reinstate my account please.

They will not communicate with suspended members thru massagefinder. I was able to find them thru masseurfinder.com. The gay site where massagefinder originated. They said I had some kind of content violation but no specifics of what. But all my pics were already approved for a while. Who knows? They don’t care. The site is mostly run by bot triggers. I changed a credit card and my subscription and then ten minutes later I was banned. Yet they said it wasn’t due to that. Also you cannot report therapist never saw an option for that.
The only way around it is a new identity and credit card. If you try to creat a new one with your same name and such they will eventually ban and credit you. I have tried a few times. But the ban will be pretty much instant now. If you have a friend that will help you is a way around it and use their identity. But the system is pretty sophisticated to work around your identity. Unless you know someone good with that. Sites only good for a while then your newness dies off. And more and more competition everyday. That’s why they don’t care they want fresh faces or their customers get bored. They make about 5m a year they don’t care about your one little ad lol. I know several ladies and gentleman been banned. You will live. There are alternatives. Maybe look for those.

My account was also suspended from trying to upload a new photo. I am also a licensed massage therapist. There was nothing wrong with the photo I was uploading, it was a professional headshot. I feel like people who manage this website aren’t real people. They don’t provide any explanation on why they suspend accounts. Looking for an alternative website at the moment

Yes I don’t get that part either when I was initially setting up my account. It was pain to get a picture up. Even though guidelines were followed. Yet I see plenty of ladies using pics with what I would call sexy poses or provocative attire. A few were Obviously not wearing bras. So who controls it? Bots mostly but they claim they audit every account suspended and look into it. I don’t see how that’s true. They clearly would have seen that there was nothing wrong with my profile or credit card. Intrepid web design is their llc. Still no response when you email them.

As far as alternatives. The site is good for for the first few months but dies down after a while. When your newness wares off. Craigslist is good alternative. Other sites seem to be hit or miss. It most likely depends what state you live in. This site a spin off of masseurfinder which is for the gay community. In my research I found a lot of them were kicked off the site also for similar reasons or for no reason

Has anyone figured out how to work around this? Everytime I try to make a new account it automatically gets suspended. I need to make a living.

email them to inquire about what happened? It’s possible that there was an unintentional violation on your part.

Hi. I was also suspended by massage finder.com for a violation without any explanation. You can’t get a hold of anyone there. I needed that income and searched other sites like it and found a few. I advertised on those sites and the one I have had the most success is knotlesstouch.com. Their website does respond to emails. I had a question about pricing and they responded within 24 hours.
I hope this helps!
