Market Beverage GroupCorrupt Beverage Products

This deal with Market Beverage Group is a case study example on who not to deal with, and below outlines a business deal gone bad with them in the wrong walking away with the money.

Randall was quite helpful when first emailed, it gradually went down from there. After receiving product on a slight delay, a number of issues were found. Every bottle out of roughly 20, 000 had a huge scratch going through the logo. The labels that cover the bottle were so inconsistent we had three different categories, ok, bad, unsellable.

The major issue is worth this post and telling everyone not to use them as they are merely a middle-man operation. Underneath the shrink-wrap cover, in roughly 20, 000 bottles we have discovered around 85% of inventory never had the caps put on right. As in you could squeeze the "boston" bottles still sealed and liquid sprays all over the place. Since energy shots have a three day shelf life, majority of our inventory was spoiled before even arriving. Randall admitted there was a problem after we sent a box over. Their best offer was a replacement of product. Who would trust their next delivery to be any better? None of this is based on speculation or rumor, purely as this story had unfolded. After a legal letter to them, they basically hold the stance we are wrong and it's our problem. Not theirs. Nice.

So beware, these Private Label energy shots for $.65 is actually much more after you've spent time dealing with these guys. Not worth it.
