Mark Trivett review: Never rent this house
The house that I rented from this company in South Lake Tahoe is so poorly maintained, that it is uninhabitable! Its filthy. It smells. And nothing works right. Their web site lies. There is no sauna, no game table, no CA king in the master bedroom. The hot tub doesnt work. Absolutely nothing works right in this house. I had to move my family to a hotel after only one night there. It was so disappointing. We were so looking forward to being together for a family reunion at this house. And I paid a bloody fortune to rent this house, $700 a night!

Recently stayed in that house and thoroughly enjoyed it. None of the issues
mentioned seemed relevant or just did not still apply. We have rented several
homes from Mr. Trivett and always loved each home. The master bed is
definitely a Ca King so not sure what the previous renter was talking about. All
other issues have been fixed and were in good working order.
