Marcos Pizza review: Pizza delivery and new website

Always order our pizza and wings well done and always been able to. New site does not give you any options anymore, along with not being able to do double or tripple orders for the dipping sauces. (one dipping sauce just doesn't do it for three people).
Cold Pizza and under cooked wings. Two I tried were very undone in the middle (why we always order well done). Couldn't do them any more so threw the rest of the 10 ct away.

New website sends you straight to a Door Dash ordering site. They have been delivering our orders the last several times. We were getting update texts when they were picking the order up, on the way and a minute out. The drivers would come to the door and ring the doorbell and hand the food to us. This time I got a text it was on the front porch. Did not ask for contactless delivery, but no options available. Don't know how long it took for the text, but I opened the door as soon as I got it and they were nowhere to be seen. Pizza left on my front porch and it's freezing out. Everything was cold... not luke-warm but cold. As far as I'm concerned, if that's how Door Dash is now I no longer want them at my house. A waste of $45.00. Marcos has gone down hill FAST.
