Mansco Peugeot dealership (Alexandria – Egypt) located at kilo 17 on the Alexandria-Cairo Desert Road and Al-Madar, owned by Mansour Company review: Painting service

I officially file a complaint against the Mansco Peugeot dealership (Alexandria – Egypt) located at kilo 17 on the Alexandria-Cairo Desert Road and Al-Madar, owned by Mansour Company, specifically against the Maintenance and Workshops Department, where they were handed my car brand Peugeot 508 GT Line model 2020 chassis No. Y002848, plate No. 3138 , in February 2022 after inspecting the insurance company due to an injury to the right car sill (Door Step) due to friction in the sidewalk.

After inspecting the injury by the service center mentioned above, it was agreed to change the sill and import this part from abroad, and accordingly we left the car until the company has the required piece in addition to repairing a simple scratch in the right rear door without spraying at our request and an official registered in an email addressed by my husband, Dr. RafiK Nagib Zaki, a national number [protected] (email image attached), in which the company is prohibited from spraying the car.

The car continued to be present for about a month at the maintenance center until the required part (threshold) was available.

And we were called to receive the car immediately after the completion of the works and upon receipt it was confirmed by the company (verbally) that no spraying work was done in the car and that only polishing was done (polish) in confirmation of the instructions by us in the email referred to above not to spray the car

When the car was offered for sale about a week ago and the car was inspected by the buyers, we discovered that there was spraying work with the insides and the entire right side (in the same place as the work that took place in the agency), which resulted in the rejection of the car by the buyers.

And classified as defective, especially that the spraying work was classified by the level of quality that it is very poor, and it was classified (spray insides), which reduces its purchasing value very knowing that the condition of the car is classified as breaking zero counter 33.000 km, and it was in the condition of the fabrica before the occurrence of this defect by the spraying work that took place inside the center's workshop.

We went to the center to find an amicable solution on Sunday, September 17, 2023, and by examining the car and this technical defect with paints, they did not deny the spraying of the car and its insides

Accordingly, it was proposed to sell the car to the center and inspect the car through the pricing department of Mansour Company, and after the examination, an initial price was provided much lower than the market price, reasoning that its insides had been sprayed, knowing that this had been done on their part.

When negotiating a fair price for the car and requesting a formal offer, they informed us that the offer would be sent on the same day or tomorrow morning and so far no offers or calls have been received in case of undue disregard.

Based on all of the above, I formally submit to you this complaint against Mansco Peugeot, in order to find a solution to this problem and compensate me for the losses caused to the car by them.
