I ordered some face cream from an article on Instagram where the agreement was to pay just over £3 for postage only. On receiving my credit card statement I see that it has been debited £85.49, which was not the agreement. I would never have ordered the cream, which is not worth £85.49, if I'd known this amount was being debited. I am now anxious that further payments will be debited. How do I get my money back and stop future payments?
