Mandeep Singh has set up kinetic resource and melbourne technologies www.melbournetechnologies.co.uk

He advertises jobs and has interviews. You get the job and then you are told you have to do the training to get the job. They say the start date is 3 months from the day you are offered the job.

They say the training is £1400, they pay £700 and you pay £700. They take £150 a monn out of your account. When the three months is up lots of excuses are given out. One of the trainees hasn't finished the course, one of the trainees had a criminal record etc etc. very weak excuses!

The training company is melbourne technologies. When I asked "Harry" if these were connected. He said of course not. When I produced my evidence he said he was technical and did not know anything about that.

The office is one Victoria square in Birmingham. This is where melbourne and kinetic are. Obviously the same office. Although I only was met in reception.

On kinetic website it says the address as One canada square, canary wharf, London. When I rang there, the receptionist had no record of them ever being there. So it's all a pack of lies. I stopped my direct debit after 3 months but they have had £450 of mine.

Don't be fooled by this operation.

Please check Company House records. Kinetic Resources and Melbourne Technologies were set up on 25 April 2012 by the same man, Mandeep Singh. Or are Companies Hpuse liars too.

Mathew please stop lying. The 2 companies were set up by Mandeep Singh on 25 April 2012, not 5 years ago by a group of investors. This information is easily available to the public. Mr Singh has had 2 other companies too, Infotainment and Echo IT Training.

Kinetic Resources advertise jobs! I have screen shots of the adverts. You then say the interviewee has got the job and must do training which he or she must pay part of. So it's not the same as complaining to a uni if u don't get a job after studying, as you have not been promised a definite job at the start of studying.

There other complaints about this company on this board and other on boards. Google "kinetic resource BIRMINGHAM complaints" and you will see.

It's very sad people do this and that they have no shame

Hello my name is Mathew and I am one of the Operation Directors for Kinetic resource and would like the opportunity to clarify how things work for those of you that are applying for these opportunities and have little or no experience on how the business and commercial market works.

Kinetic and Melbourne are 2 different entities, and where both setup over 5 years ago by different shareholders/investors/Directors.

They had nothing to do with each and focused on 2 different sectors, the companies were both invested in, and bought out by another group, for legal reasons this information cannot be disclosed.

Mandeep was the main Investor, and decided to move the offices to the Midlands and get both organisations to support each to meet the same goals. To provide the best trained I.T people in the industry, if you do your research one of the leading companies, (also our competitors) Q & A, They provide the CompTIA A+ @ £1645. http://www.qa.com/training-courses/technical-it-training/comptia/comptia-aplus-essentials-certification-%282009-objectives%29/

You are provided with a FULL MONEY BACK JOB GUARANTEE IF Kinetic are unable to fulfil their promises of securing you the position.

We are responsible for taking on many candidates and like most organisations, you will always have a small percentage of unsatisfied clients/candidates If you are ''Serious'' about perusing a ''Career'' not a ''Job'' then the facts are simple...you need to be attractive to potential employers, and yes it competitive, so you need to stand out from the crowd, by showing them you have invested in yourselves.

Do you really believe successful people i.e. doctors, lawyers, accountants, spends thousands in their qualifications and then go back to university and complain about not securing work ? Melbourne charge a small fee to educate you with the basics, so that you can secure work in a professional environment and understand the basics of computing, strong candidates who do not have the technical aptitude are asked to take the CompTIA A+. (Which is equivalent to 18 months experience in the I.T industry)!

The costs of printing materials, creating CD ROMS, paying managers to interview, completing paperwork, liaising with clients, setup of logging in, technical support, having tutors to support your training, (which they charge £50.00 per hour) dispatch/delivery of kit to your door costs us a lot more than £700 ! £700 that you have not paid, and all this with an investment of £150.00?

That does not really sound like a scam, for those of who did not secure work was down to the following, not completing your training before starting work, not paying for your training materials, failing probation due to punctuality.

We have requested our candidates who have secured work to join this blog to confirm that we have fulfilled our promises for that extra reassurance.

People clearly have the time here to come and moan, rather than use that energy to look for work, that attitude alone is a clear indicator of why some of them are still unemployed.

These certifications are from the Computing Technology Industry Association, for those of you who are unaware of who that is, it is a ''NOT FOR PROFIT'' organisation who is responsible for advancing the global interests of IT professionals and companies, who put organisations like Melbourne Technologies through stringent screening before partnering with them. You are more than welcome to contact them to directly www.comptia.org and confirm our membership.
