My name is Kathy Digiamo and I am complaining about mandees services. About 2 weeks after christmas ( not even) my daughters gift card for the amount of 200.00 dollers to mandees was stolen. Now they would not void out the one that was stolen and put it on a different card. They simply said we dont do that anymore and hungup. Now i think that this is completley unfair and rediculous. I have my recpeit with the card number and everything. I would appreciate if someone got back to me as soon as possible.

I've had nothing but issues with the credit card I have with Mandee. I paid my balance in full in August and until December I was getting charged late fees. On an account that was paid in full. It took them months to clear the matter up. Same thing just happened again. I paid the amount in full last month and now they are saying I owe them a late fee. I tried to cancel the account and I got nothing but the run around.

I have been a customer of Mandee for a decade. I usually have a nice experience with great customer service. I went to one of their stores in West Haverstraw for the first time and was disgusted by how they treated my friend. My friend was attempting to return items.
The cashier was too lazy to price adjust the items like they needed to be adjusted so she simply told her she couldn't. My friend knew this wasn't true because she has done it at different locations. They went back and forth in disagreement and the "Manager" Shatia began getting agitated and put her hands in my friends face and told her to go somewhere else for her return. We asked her for her name and she would not give it to us at first. Her behavior and attitude were completely unprofessional. She involved the assistant manager who was just as unprofessional. She began asking other customers on line about their opinion on the matter. (Insane!) I walked away while my friend finished the transaction. I went to the front of the store where I heard the assistant manager speaking loudly to another customer about my friend and cursing calling her a "###" I have never witnessed such terrible customer service. I admit my friend was agitated but in no way was she disrespectful or aggressive. It is a managers job to politely explain store policies (even though this wasn't a policy just laziness) in a professional way. Before this incident even occurred they were yelling through the store like animals, they are grown woman acting like children. They do not deserve management positions.

I went to mandee and purchased a shirt, the cashier insisted I open a cc which would give me an extra 15% off my purchase. So when she opened the cc she rang up one item twice and when I reviewed my statement I called the company and they refused to take that off of my statement. Is there a way I can have them review the tapes or something? I'm willing to hire an attorney and take this to the court for fraud and ruining my credit. Any suggestions ?

I AM ON SOCIAL SECURITY & MY "DAUGHTER" TURNED 14 & SHE WANTED RIPPED GENES ! I WENT TO MANDEES THEY CHARGED ME $44.00 ! THEN I THROW HER A PARTY & FINDOUT THEY DO NOT FIT! MY DAUGHTER ISN NOT YOUR TIPICKLE "14" SHE IS LIKE A LITTLE KID THANK GOD ! I WENT TO BRING THE VPANTS BACK & THEY TOLD ME TO BRING THEM TO KOHLS! NOW WHAT DOES EVERYONE THINK ABOUT THAT I TOLD HER IT WAS HER BIIRTHDAY PRESENT & SHE DID NOT CARE

Don't visit the Mandee's Store on 31st st in North Bergen. NJ. The manager Sylvia Lopez yelled and screamed at me and told me to leave her store because I gave a Mandee's coupon, which I was not going to use, to a customer. Mind you, I am a customer as well. She threatened to call the police and her District Manager. She said I was harrassing her customer! Go figure! She did all this in front of customers. She acted like a total lunatic. I am looking into a lawyer.

I signed up for a Mandee credit card because of their discount. Get this, the 15% off discount didn't work. I called them, they said they're adjust it within 3 days. 3 days, my invoice hasn't been altered. I get my order in the mail, one item is defective, they tell me to ship it back. Okay so far, but here's where the problems really start. Nearly two weeks and the discount hasn't been applied, so I try calling them again, they tell me to call the credit card dept. I call and a lady said they don't deal with Mandee anymore and she hung up on me. I call another number on the Mandee site and it was disconnected. I call up Mandee customer service again (the billing dept) and she said she's going to transfer me to the Mandee credit card line. Guess what, I get the ANSWERING MACHINE. Get out of here! They keep trying to transfer me over to their bogus credit card line, when Mandee's BILLING DEPARTMENT (which I called) should be able to answer my one simple question. So many problems and this is just my first time dealing with the company. I think I'm going to try to cancel my credit card...that is if I EVER get on to someone with half a brain over there.
