My young daughter booked the Majestic movers (Arlington, VA) for moving 8/28/2022 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, because we had to respect the minimum of 3 hours. They did not show up, called the center, the attendant said they will show up in one hour. They did not come until 11:45 and had to leave by 1:00. When we called the center for discount, the lady was using nasty tone and very powerful language to me. Her point was, I talked to your daughter and it is pretty much what it is. She gave only 15% discount for the one hour that the gentlemen were there. I called numerous times to talk to the owner, they take my name and phone number and no one contacts me.
