On Nov. 24, 2022, I purchased second hand furniture from Maison Cura, an online store on the IG platform. The next day, I asked them about their refund policy since I wasn’t too happy with my purchase. The goods looked better on photo, bigger too. The said they didn’t have a refund policy, only an exchange policy. But in the middle of our conversation they just stopped responding to me. So I wasn’t able to exchange the items either, which Jeff be very unhappy and frustrated.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response, at the very least, an apology. At best, I would still like to have my items exchanged.
