To whom it may concern
I purchased a Magnum Almond ice cream from my local supermarket today, 2 April 2011. When I opened it, it had crystilized ice on the chocolate cover and the ice cream inside was cristilized already, losings its creamy velvety texture.
Due to the price of this product, when I purchase one, I am expecting nothing but the best and was very disappointed to experience a product that was below the regular standards.
I am not familiar with the procedure of complaints and therefore I have placed the remainder of the ice cream into the freezer as it may be required for proof of my complaint. I expect that if i pay R15 for a single ice cream, that i would be getting quality.
I would like a speedy response concerning the procedure of complaints and I shall also make a telephonic complaint as well.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I bought a box of the almond magnum ice-cream. One of the ice cream it looks like someone took a big bite of, and covered it with chocolate like the rest of the ice-cream bar, and then sealed the wrapper like the rest of the ice-cream bars. I was the only person who bought or is eating this kind of ice-cream. When I bought the ice cream the box was completly sealed!I have never bought any ice cream from this manufacturing again.
My wife and I today decided to try the Magnum Almond bars.
6 for $3.99 at Stop and Shop.
Each Bar was very small, so I was already pissed off.
Then, the kicker was; my wife found fiber strands inside the ice cream.
We ran back to the store and showed the manager. He opened another box and found the same.
They pulled all the magnum bars off their shelves and notifed the CT Dept of Health.
DO NOT BUY MAGNUM ICE CREAM. It could be dangerous to your health!

I purchuse 4 of the small magnum boxes each week for family to eat after dinner as a treat. We were highly disgusted with the awful taste that the ice cream had it was extreammy DISGUSTING there was no ice cream in the middle the chocolate was coverd in an ice or some disgusting texture, you could not even taste that it was a magnum the almonds or nuts had no taste . the expirey date was only the 12/2012, therefor i would like a response from magnum regarding this awful experiance.
Due to this problem i refuse to purchase any more magnums, from a terribke experiance.
