Magicbrasus review: Return items in the USA and full refund to original payment method

Terrible! Do not buy from this company.
Fraudulent return promises on their website.
My 2 bras arrived without attached tags and a faint smokey odor!
Within an hour, I requested a return.
The shipping label return address is from New Jersey.
They first offer an exchange - for what more hassle?
Then they offer 30% return and I say-keep the bras.
I reply, I simply want to return.
Then they reply to the effect, we offered an exchange if you do not accept we can do 30% refund!
I simply asked to return for full refund and a return authorization and a return address, not an exchange.
Then they offered a return address in France. I live in the US.
Their hassle free easy return to the nearest dispatch is promised on their website is a fraud!
I am currently in communication. If I do not resolve a return for full refund to a YSA dispatch center, I will have to have my credit card company investigate.
Very disappointed! BEWARE!
