We put a deposit on a kitten back on the 12 of June, 2015. My husband fly down to North Carolina to pick him up at the cattery, and Annalisa Long insisted on bringing the kitten to the airport (that should have been our first clue). I had just lost a 15 year-old Ragdoll so was in horrible emotional shape, but very happy to find a good breeder, or so I thought. She will not answer phone calls, take voice mail, answer emails, etc. Our pet insurance company has no papers on the kitten, and I can't prove that he is pedigreed because I say so! Sigh. The kitten has had several bouts of worms, encrusted with flea dirt, has had horrible digestive problems, been in the hospital numerous times, and yet, she knew this and still did not care enough about the kitten to even send the pedigree or registry papers. Since a few days ago, (it is now Nov. 3) we found out that her web site which states that she is a registered TICA and RCA breeder is not correct. We have a complaint into them, and they both said that she is not registered. They are investigating her now. PLEASE, NEVER buy a cat from her. She is as unscrupulous as they come, and cares little for her kittens. The kind of worms my kitty had needed to come from filth and infected rodents and/or fleas, and poor little thing has had both twice plus diarrhea, etc.

UPDATE! We had to put our kitten to sleep today because he was having labored breathing. The emergency hospital diagnosed it as FIP and said euthenasia is the only option. Broke our hearts.

I purchased a ragdoll kitten in 2013 and NEVER received papers. I called, emailed, left messages to no avail.
I was even planning on purchasing another kitten! Thank goodness I never followed through.
She is pleasant until she is paid in full. Then she is done. I call people like that ...as having sociopathic tendencies.
They lie and use deceit to get you in the door, then once you're gone...she is done.

We had the same situation. Our kitten was purchased in May of 2015 and was and is healthy... but we had many unanswered phone calls, no reply to emails, no papers, no vet record, etc. We went round and round with her vet until our vet finally suggested getting boosters since there were no records that he ever had any vaccinations. She is very nice person (we sat in her house and talked to her for several hours on 2 occasions) but a terrible businessperson. We will not give up on trying to get our money back since there's no proof he's a purebred Ragdoll. We wouldn't trade him or give him up for anything, but that's not the point.

DISHONEST--DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BREEDER! Like many others, I also had a horrible experience with Annalisa Long and Magical Ragdolls. She is a dishonest person, will not return phone calls, emails, messages, etc. My cat is now 2 years old and we have never received the registration papers that were guaranteed in the purchase contract. I love my furbaby, with or without papers; however, I paid for a registered cat. My baby also had fleas, ear mites, as well as a bad ear infection. The few times that I was able to talk to her, she always apologized, made excuses, and promised the registration papers were on the way and that I should receive within the "next few weeks". Of course, I've never received them. What's REALLY bad is that I offered to pay to have the entire litter registered--multiple times. I also contacted TICA and CFA to file complaints.

We also purchased a kitten from her two years ago. Never received the promised papers and we also contacted the registering agencies who had no records of our kitten or this breeder. She NEVER returned phone calls on either phone nor any of the e-mails she had given us AFTER we finished paying - of course she returns calls when you inquire about purchase and make a deposit... We left no less than 20 messages for her and nothing. Take this person's advice who just recently dealt with her and NEVER NEVER NEVER get a kitten from her.
