MadePants review: Paid for jeans and hoodie did not receive from MadePants

I purchased an online order from MadePants and never recieved the clothing. I requested a refund and they basically told me it was delieverd and they would not help me out. I did everything they advised me to - I called the post office checked with the mailman at the community box nothing.
