MAA – No way to actually reach their home office

MAA is an apartment leasing company that has complexes throughout America. My complaint with them is there is no way to actually reach their home office. I have called the number they give for their corporate office over 5 times and was told by the person answering that they would forward my request and someone would call me, but no one has ever reached out to me. I'm in need of their assistance with the management of the apartments I'm currently living in and have discovered that there is completely no transparency with this company. I think it's important for anyone who may choose to live in one of their complexes to know that they take zero responsibility for their management staff and no concern for any issues you may have.
