Help I think the Golf Network (CVM) scammed my wife and I for a large sum of money. They promised that we would make money on our timeshare through the Golf Network by CVM rental service. It has been almost eight months and we have still seen not made a penny. Has anyone dealt with this company, do The Golf Network (CVM) scam people? Is there anyway I can get my money back or cancel my contract. If anyone can offer any information to help us I would greatly appreciate it, as I call and call and get the same excuses. I am really starting to think that The Golf Network (CVM) SCAMMED us.
Company Business Name: Luxury Vacations Mexico
Country of complaint: Mexico
I wish I had done my research before going with Golf. We retained their "services" for over $600 only last Sept. of 2014. Already Mayan Palace was receiving complaints yet they continued to recommend them. We were informed by Mayan today that Golf is out of business so all of us are out our money. I can't help but wonder if the sales people were part of the scam. I am just going to start advertising our weeks on our own and hope to rent them that way.
I have plans to travel to Mexico in October, specifically to Cancun
and I am interested in renting a time share there, is there
someone who wants to rent your week for an affordable price ?
if there is any interested this is my email: jasonhamilton70@hotmail.com
I went to a timeshare presentation before, and thanks God i was smart enough to not fall into their lies. I realize quickly that
all they want is our money, and they are going to say everything to make you sign the contract.
My advice is that everyone has to be very well informed about their hard selling tactics to avoid being scammed. I recommend you to read
this article that might be helpful for everyone who is thinking on buying a timeshare, here you'll find some tips:
