Luna Blanket review: Order not received

Luna Blanket (lunablanket.com) Order #105031 $143.94 on 9/18/22. Weighted Blanket in White and Cover in Ivory King Size. Status on site shows only order confirmation. I emailed to get a status, no response, the site claims they will respond to emails within 24-48 hrs. I have since sent two more requests on status no response. I was charged for this order and they received payment.

This was ordered as a gift for my daughter for her birthday.

On the same date 9/18/22 I placed another order #105029 this also was a gift for my other daughter for her birthday, that order is supposed to be delivered today 9/30/22. (Both orders were to be sent to 2 different addresses.)

The site states they will send any updates on orders by email I never received any emails from them even for the order they shipped. The only emails I received were the order confirmations. They do not have a phone listed.
