Order LumiEar hearing aids on October 5th, 2022. A second charge for another pair of hearing aids was charged on October 6th, 2022. Each pair 297.00, for a total of 594.00. I received the hearing aids ten days later. I opened one set and tried them for two days. I was unable to use them. The volume, especially on the lowest was too loud. I email LumiEar about returning the hearing aids. They emailed me back about a 14 day trial policy. I stated that they have a 30 day full refund policy. I also, emailed, Lumiearhelp.com. I was emailed back, exact wording. (Thank you for your email. I'm sorry to hear they did not work out for you. All orders are 100% refundable with your 30 day trial, we just ask for our customers to give them a fair 14 day trial to not incur a 10% restocking fee. Your order delivery date was on October 19th. I found the address with no phone number or customer service. It is like a ghost company.
