Lume review: Deodorant bundle package

December 09, 2022 I purchased a bundle of the lume deodorant (stick, cream, wipes, and body wash). This is my 3rd request for help. The company is difficult to contact. My first letter emailed to Lume was 2/5/23.

I do not have a purchase order number - I have lost the purchase receipt; however the purchase is on my american express card in the amount of $37.07..

In February, for the first time, I used the cream and the deodorant stick. I immediately broke out in a itchy burning rash under the arm pits. This rash lasted more than a week and was so severe that a barrier was needed to prevent infection and to mitigate the discomfort

The company's means for customers to make contact regarding orders is complicated and very vague. Most products have contact numbers on their products.. Lume bears no contact information. It appears this company is hiding and that's not a good reflection at all.

I would appreciate direction on how to return the products with out a purchase order number.

I am eager to receive information on how to resolve this return and this company will advise customers this product may cause skin irritation and if so, to stop using the product, seek medical attention, and provide a direct number to lume.
