On October 23, 2022 I purchased some software for my phone to recover lost photos.

The software does not work on my phone so I asked for help and got no results to fix the problem. Then I asked for a refund and have not heard any response since I last sent them an email on October 31.

This purchase was for only one month and that has expired.
