Luckeep review: Electric bike

I ordered this bike on line and I paid for the premium package, which cost almost $200.00 More. With that I was supposed to get a bag that goes on the back rack. Mobile phone holder with a USB plug to charge the phone. And cruse control.well I didn't receive the bag there is no USB plug to charge phone, and the phone holder is so small that you can't put a phone in it. And the cruse control does not work. Tried calling the number provided by the company, no answer and it has a voice mail that is full so you can't leave a message. I sent them an email and they sent me one back saying that the bag is shipped separately and that it's on the way, well the tracking number that they sent to me doesn't exist. The never said anything about sending the bag separately, the bike cam in a big box with plenty of room in it to send the bag if they were going to send it. This company is a ripped off I would not advise anyone to buy from this company.
