Dr. Robert Parks DPM falsified my medical records and when I reported it to the Lovelace Administration and sent them evidence of the fraud which they can verify for themselves in their own computer systems they chose to cover up for Doctor Parks and they have hindered the process of investigations into the matter.

My Mother and I live in Wisconsin. Wisconsin has the worse health care system ever! It is a communistic system. They make all the doctors belong to these group practices. You can't go to another doctor without the whole system knowing. I use to live in NJ . I am sure.. along with NJ there are still many states that allow doctors to have individual independent practices in office building or from their homes. These in my opinion are the better doctors who are more ethical. When these "teams" get together they are trouble. They also don't allow the patient to be in control of managing their own care. My mothers MD Dr. Richard Hill in Stoughton WI. Falsified her medical records. She went to see him complaining of chest pains and shortness of breath. Which very well at 75 and a history of medical problems of the heart could have been a heart attack. Never did he ask or suggest a chest Xray or EKG. He instead.. put none of my mothers complaints in her file. He also told her Medicare won't pay for it.. But.. if she were to have Chemo later on he would then and only then do the EKG and test her heart? Well..he denies he ever said this. All of it. Its his word against my mothers. He conveniently tampered with the records. I asked if my mother could send a letter with her side to the truth in this . I was told she could not. I asked whom this womans boss was and was told I could not have this information as well. This is what our health care system today is doing to the elders and people in this population.

I want to advise everyone.. to get themselves one of those tiny pocket tape recorders when you go for a visit and to record the visit. This way.. when the doctors and his staff help he or she change medical records.. OR.. when the doc purposely leaves out what the patients complaints are to help himself down the line later. You have it on tape. The tape recorders are small.. they will never see or hear them running. Do your selves and your families and especially the elderly whom are most vulnerable to this disgraceful mess a favor and look out for your own backs.

You shout have reported it directly to your insurance company first and let them handle it. This would avoid any cover-ups. Unfortunately this happens a lot and I hope that you did not suffer anything serious from this doctors actions.
